Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times Once your order is shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

International Shipping We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, United States.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Tracking All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
